He was born in Istanbul in 1979. He completed his high school education at Özel Gönen Koleji in 1997. In 2001, he graduated from Istanbul Marmara University with a degree in Economics. During his university education, he completed internships at Eczacıbaşı and Kent Yatırım Menkul Değerler. In 1997 and 1998, he participated in summer language programs in Bristol, England, and Cambridge, England. Between 2003 and 2007, he started as an assistant auditor at Mazars Denge and left as a senior auditor. During this period, he primarily conducted independent audit activities in the cement, construction, automotive, iron and steel, logistics, and textile sectors. Between 2007 and 2018, he worked at Fresenius Medical Services Inc. (FMC) in the positions of financial control manager and financial compliance manager. In addition, he was responsible for establishing the internal control system at Fresenius Medical Services A.Ş. as “Local Implementation Manager” within the scope of the “FACET” project. In 2017, he joined the “Fresenius Leadership Academy” (FLA) program run by Linkage. In 2017, he participated in the “Fresenius Leadership Academy” (FLA) program conducted by Linkage and worked on leadership and project management issues during a 6-month period in this internationally conducted project. Between 2018 and 2024, he served as audit director at Istanbul Yöntem Independent Audit A.Ş., where he also provided consulting services for special projects in addition to independent auditing. Since 2025, he has been part of the CPATURK Independent Audit and Certified Public Accounting A.Ş. team and continues his role in the independent audit department. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has a good command of English.
